Hey everyone I hope you have been enjoying your day, today we’re going to be getting into the second fashion show that was brought up in a previous blog. This fashion show took place at Moore college at the Barnes Foundation building, it took me a bit to find out where it was but with good old back tracking and asking questions got me to the location. When I arrived, my mind was blown how beautiful this building was along with the water along the trail leading to the entrance. As I entered the building the staff lead me right to the press area where many photographers were sitting, normally when fashion shows are done you get told the floor plan. As I looked around the plan was right in front of me so it made things easier for me and the other photographers which never happens at shows.

The show started up on time which never really happens at fashion shows, the whole runway setup was amazing due to I never shot a runway like this before. I’ve seen so many different designers, that I can’t get through them all however the ones that will be in my blog are the ones that stuck out to me. The first designer that came to mind was Sophia Demers, if you the viewers haven’t checked out her interview video check it out in my blog section. The first design she brough out onto the runway took ahold of textures and nature as she loves to do her nature hikes that gives her the inspiration in the designs, she has created for the runway. As she told me during her photoshoot with me the lack of sleep, she gets because of the time she puts into creating, seeing this shows me that she is very passionate about what she does. Sophia has gotten her degree from Moore college May 15th 2022.

The second designer that stuck out to me was Virginia Boddie, just looking at the uniqueness in her work you can tell that her thoughts are complexed. The color choices she chooses for her designs were something out of fancy fairy tale book, the dark blues mixing with the tans were something to remember. The models that walked down the runway showcasing her work perfectly imbodying her vision, having outfits that enhance the person wearing the design is key to making a great outfit as I was told by many designers. Virginia came to the USA from the Dominican Republic 6 years ago to pursue her dream of becoming a fashion designer, she made the first step by getting her degree in fashion design at Moore college May 15th 2022

The Third designer is Kamille Payamps, her style reminds me of beautiful dresses made in the 70-80s. I remember designs like this because when I was younger my mother use to wear these types of dresses for church but also formal social gathering with family and friends. The difference is the textures along with the beautiful flaps she has on the dress, the color choice was an amazing touch as well. The model wearing this beautiful outfit is April Leonora Jorden, a runway model I met last sept during Philadelphia fashion. Kamille began her studies as a fashion designer at college in Puerto Rico before transferring to Moore college in Philadelphia, she has received her degree May 15th 2022.

The last designer is Tara Topden Pemba, her outfits had an angelic look to them from an early 2000s AD from cover girl. When you look at the color choices she’s made for her designs, she makes you signal in on that one color which is the navy blue but the white just makes that blue pop more giving a nice balance to the eyes. This is the perfect beach outfit to wear going on a trip with your husband or boyfriend, however you will be catching many other eyes while walking the beach. Tara first found her love for sewing at the age of 10, she took many classes and participated in several fashion shows in her area. Her talents even got many of her designs show cased on HBO, Hulu, and You tube's top 10 music videos. Tara has received her degree from Moore college May 15th 2022.
